I live in a pretty valley in South Canterbury where I keep a small flock of Coopworth sheep.

From an early age I learnt to knit and sew and in 1979 to 1986 I studied weaving under the tutelage of Anne Field. I continue to attend weaving workshops to master new skills and my passion for weaving has continued. Since 2001 I have sold scarves and shawls to an upmarket group of tourist shops. I love weaving with New Zealand’s top quality mohair and merino yarns and also enjoy weaving fine fabric with merino and rayon, then drawing and cutting my designs to devore onto the fabric for wall hangings and small framed pictures.
